What You'll Need
- Your state-issued tax exemption certificate or resale certificate
- Your organization name and EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- Contact name and email for your account
How to Apply
- Create a SupplyTie account (or log in if you have one)
- Email your exemption certificate to [your email] with subject line "Tax Exempt Application"
- We'll review and activate your exemption within 1 business day
- Once approved, tax will automatically be removed from your future orders
Already Placed an Order?
If you placed an order before your exemption was approved and were charged tax, contact us with your order number and we'll issue a refund for the tax amount.
